The birth of our recruiting division came out of the success of our outsourced sales business, where we quickly became experts at recruiting and retaining great salespeople for our clients. Now, we offer our expert recruiting services to our clients. Our recruiting division:
- Seeks to learn as much as possible about the client in order to best execute the sales recruiting process and find the right fit.
- Knows how to find people who have what we call the "Sales DNA", as well as prior sales relationships and experiences in order to attain rapid sales success for the client.
- Go beyond usual recruiting methods by professional networking, sourcing candidates through our extensive referral program and actively recruiting from universities who have sales-focused degrees.
- Conduct the interview process in four phases to ensure that candidates have been fully screened and qualified. We assess communication skills, sales skills, motivation, and intelligence through two phone screens and at least three face-to-face interviews, all before they even meet our client.
